With PaySketch, its a breeze to download PayPal transactions as csv. No matter the number of transactions or the date range you have in mind – download PayPal transactions in 1 click and all it takes is a couple of seconds before you can start viewing and analyzing them! You can download transaction history logs from Navigate to the Download History page by choosing Activity at the top of the page,. I don't think there is anything built into QB to help with this. Instead, try our BRC PayPal Link which will help you convert PayPal download files into data you can import into a PayPal 'bank' account in QB.

  • 1 Put a PayPal Account in Quickbooks
  • 2 Transfer PayPal History Into Quicken Home
  • 3 Delete Quickbooks Cache
  • 4 Reclass Multiple Entries in QuickBooks

By combining PayPal's Download History tool with QuickBooks' Import feature you can link data between the two platforms. PayPal's Download History tool can export your company's transactions directly to the IIF file format, which is natively compatible with QuickBooks. Exporting and importing bulk data between the two platforms in this way eliminates the need to manually enter relevant PayPal transactions into QuickBooks at the end of your financial reporting period.
